Hello
My name is Tally Nawrocki
My name is Tally. I was born in Russia and adopted when I was a year old. Growing up my family moved and traveled a lot. We have probably driven through the majority of the United States. We lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Wyoming, Arizona, and back to NC. Which is where we currently live. With all the moving around I had the opportunity to see national parks, state parks, and loads of other places. Moving also allowed me to take part in all sorts of different activities over the years. Such as, gymnastics, dance, swimming, ice skating, acting, singing, piano, and soccer. I loved dance and being active from a young age. Always wanting to be the center of attention, but would then get shy when I finally got all the attention. Which was ironic, since I was not a shy person.
I freaking love dogs! ♡

Dance and gymnastics were the 2 things I stuck with the most. Although, I remember when I was about 2-5 years old thinking that movies and tv looked like a lot of fun! My favorite movie when I was 2 was "The Wizard of Oz". I was Dorothy 3 years in a row for Halloween and even wore the costume when it wasn't Halloween. One movie in particular stood out, which was "Cheaper by the Dozen" starring Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt. I thought all of the kids making messes, not getting in trouble, and having lots of siblings looked like a blast! Maybe it was the actor side of me wanting to do things I wouldn't have had the chance to do other wise or maybe it was just because I was an only child. Either way, I wanted to do it! I would act out scenes by myself when watching tv. In first grade, we had career day, and I asked my Mom what the people in movies wore. I never mentioned career day, why, I'm not sure. She told me they dress like regular people, so the next day 6 year old Tally dressed a little nicer than usual. I still had no idea they were called actors. I learned that once I got older.
I started gymnastics when I was 3 and dance when I was 5. I loved both! In first grade I was a part of a performing arts center and we would act and sing. It was an activity that my Mom didn't have to drag me to crying. As I got older I started to focus more on dance. Training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Acro, and clogging. While dancing, I also took some acting class and summer workshops at the state theatre of North Carolina, Flat Rock Playhouse. After being at one dance studio for years, I switched, so I could do dance competitions. I did competition dance for a few years and absolutely loved it. Our dances always had a storyline or theme, which made it a lot of fun. It also made me want to get back into acting. About a year later or so I started taking acting classes on and off. A lot of life has happened within the last few years. Pets passing away, Covid, dental surgeries (which had my smile changing 2-3 times a year), my Mom being diagnosed with cancer, and my Mom passing away from cancer. My parents were always super supportive of everything that I did. My Dad continues to be supportive. As much as I wish she was here, I know she would be proud of me. I just hate that a tragedy like that is what gave me the push to realize just how short life really is. I got my headshots and I continue to train in acting classes every week. I want to keep learning and soak up everything like a sponge so that I can be the best actor I can be! I always want to be confident, never cocky. It's been a journey already and I don't plan to stop anytime soon! I will reach all my goals, as long as I believe in myself.

Thank you!
I hope you were able to learn more about my life. As you can probably tell, I talk a lot. Even though I promise, I tried to keep it short! Please don't hesitate to reach out here or on social media.
Have a great day today and everyday!
~ Tally ♡
